It was supposed to be put out tomorrow, but it seems we will have to wait for it...
Korg's current prediction is late March, but no day was given for the release, as you can find out in Korg's official page:

It seems they want to ensure the software is fully functional and won't disappoint any user, which I think is great!
Personally, I also think it would be nice if they also use the extra time to rethink the pricing of this DAW...
Putting things in perspective, it seems hard to justify spending as much on it as you would spend on Apple's own Logic DAW, which costs around the value of the introductory price of Korg Gadget (and therefore considerably cheaper than the regular price of Korg Gadget).
It is true the Korg Gadget features a really nice set of synths available, but it still seems a pretty high price, especially when considering how much the iOS version costs...
Still, from what I could get, the set of features will be greatly expanded, so the best is really to wait and have a go at it.
After all, it's just one month more! ;)
